1:1 Developmentally-Based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)

Our comprehensive Developmental Behavior Intervention (DBI) therapy program is for children ages 18 months and older. The DBI program utilizes ABA and incorporates a play-based approach, rooted in Pivotal Response Teaching and Natural Environment Training methods. This program is offered primarily in our center and clients’ homes.

Partners in Play provides behavior intervention designed to support your child’s social, emotional and cognitive development. Our DBI program also provides hands-on parent training and education.

We provide ABA in English and Spanish languages.

Social Skills & Play Groups

Partners in Play offers play groups and social skills training to support children ages 12 months and older. Each program is designed to target the development of age appropriate social-emotional skills and functional communication. All programs are provided on-site at our clinic. For an updated schedule and enrollment information, please contact our office.

Social Skills Groups
Participants are matched in small groups with children working towards similar social objectives. Groups meet for 2 hours in our clinic to review a curriculum-based lesson plan and engage in hands-on activities.

  • Play Pals (3–5 years) — This group of friends meets 1-2 days per week and enjoys getting imaginative and building their social-communication skills through pretend play, cooperative games, art, and sensory activities.

Preschool/kinder Readiness Classes

Our readiness programs are inclusive classes designed to be an introduction to the classroom environment. Children ages 3-4 years old work in small groups with low student to teacher ratios. Students are exposed to an age-appropriate academic curriculum and classroom structure.

Preschool & Kinder readiness programs target the development of:

-language and pragmatics                -fine and gross motor skills              -self-help skills

-cooperative play skills                -social-emotional development            -confidence building
