Individualized Intervention Programs. Curriculum-based Social Skills Groups .
Developmentally-Based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Treatment
Our comprehensive Developmental Behavior Intervention (DBI) therapy program is for children ages 18 months and older. The DBI program utilizes ABA and incorporates a play-based approach, rooted in Pivotal Response Teaching and Natural Environment Training methods. This program is offered primarily in our center and clients’ homes.
Partners in Play provides behavior intervention designed to support your child’s social, emotional and cognitive development. Our DBI program also provides hands-on parent training and education.
We provide ABA in English and Spanish languages.
Social Skills & Play Groups
Social Skills Groups
Groups meet in our clinic to review a curriculum-based lesson plan and engage in hands-on play activities. A new social-emotional theme is introduced every 4 sessions. Social Skills groups participate in community based field trips to reinforce skills and concepts taught in group lessons. Lessons are facilitated by Registered Behavior Therapists and BCBAs. Goals are written for each participant and data is collected in sessions. We maintain low child to adult ratios to ensure each child is supported in meeting their social potential.
FRIENDS GROUP ( ages 4-7 years ) — this group meets in our PlayRoom on Tuesday and Thursday from 3:30-5:30pm
